• Before setting fire in the
central heating system, please check the smoke pipes and chimney. Clean
them, if need be.
• Check the water level through the hydrometer of the heating system, and
add water if needed.
• Be sure that the spaces of the grate are 3 cm wide.
• If your heating system is produced for burning domestic charcoal,
please reduce the inner volume of the furnace by bonding heat resistant
bricks.
• Put “REŞİTOĞLU KÖMÜR” one third of the amount of the domestic coal into
your furnace.
• Set fire to the coal with some wood or kindling wood from top. About 4
hours later than the ignited coal has become ember, make space pull the
ember with a pulling stick after you have put one third of the amount of
the first placed coal.
• Use the upper and lower doors of the furnace to increase and decrease
the temperature.

• Get your chimney cleaned
before setting your stove. Use as fewer pipes as possible. Mount the
vertical pipes in such a way as to rise towards your chimney.
• Fill half of the pail of your stove with REŞİTOĞLU COAL and light it
from top with wood or kindling wood.
• Do not add coal to the fire in the stove. After the coal in the pail
has burnt, put a new pail with coal and light in the same way as
described in the second item.
• The burning speed can be adjusted using the lower air lid. The coal
being ignited, the first air passage lid is closed and the best
temperature can be obtained from REŞİTOĞLU COAL by letting the gas follow
the second gas letting way. Use the upper air lid narrowed so that it
will burn slowly.
• Please, be sure your stove and the joints of the pipes and their
chimney entrance are fully insulated.
• Keep your chimney’s cleaning lid closed and insulated so that it won’t
leak air.
• Be sure that your pipe won’t narrow the entrance to the chimney.
